Riverhead retrospective
Our client was seeking resource consent to undertake additions and alterations to their existing dwelling, but faced issues with previous owners building unconsented structures across the sites boundaries. With proper planning, we lodged a resource consent for the proposed works and included the removal of unconsented structures in the plan, resulting in all the necessary consents being granted by Council.
