Waterways House, Pauanui
This recently completed home was designed by Jurado Architects and has been built to a high standard, with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, an open plan living with a designer kitchen and multiple living areas. Outdoor entertainment is perfectly positioned with the deck facing towards the waterways showcasing Mount Pauanui in the distance.
Our planners were involved in obtaining resource consents from Thames-Coromandel District Council for a boundary adjustment subdivision, construction of the home and boat shed with earthworks, as well as approval for bulk and location land use infringements.
