The Hibiscus Collection, Milldale

Designed by the award-winning Stevens Lawson Architects, The Hibiscus Collection in Milldale is made for living, melding thoughtful design and airy interiors with a bustling community just five minutes from some of Auckland’s best beaches and national parks.

Working closely with Jalcon Homes, Stevens Lawson Architects, and SGLA, our planners provided the input for this resource consent (land use and subdivision) to construct and use 64 apartments consisting of 28 three-bedroom units, 16 two-bedroom units, and 20 one-bedroom units as well as undertake the associated earthworks, services and landscaping.

This site was zoned Residential – Terrace Housing and Apartment Building zone and was within the Wainui Precinct Plan.
