Rowe House, Stanmore Bay

In collaboration with Nick Rowe, our team obtained a non-complying bundled land use and subdivision consent in Auckland’s Single House zone for the construction and use of a new dwelling and the creation of two freehold allotments around the existing and proposed dwellings.

While the minimum vacant site size requirements couldn’t be met, the proposed dwelling was sympathetic in design and scale and the proposed site sizes were in character with the existing environment, allowing us to gain the necessary consent. This allowed our clients to sell their existing family home and build their new home.
