Ōwairaka, Auckland
Our team successfully obtained resource consent for the construction of 24 three-level residential apartments, along with the associated common property including shared green spaces, stairways, rubbish bins and bike storage. Vehicle parking was also included as accessory units held in the same title as apartments.
As part of the resource consent management, our planners led a large team of experts, including civil, geotechnical and traffic engineers, acoustic consultants, arborists, architects, surveyors, landscape architects, and environmental consultants throughout the project. A large part of the project was achieving a careful balance of high-quality design and healthy, affordable homes for the future occupants and Auckland Council agreed that the project would mitigate potential adverse effects through appropriate design.
The final product will provide quality housing, including internal spaces and private amenity areas for the social and economic wellbeing of the occupants.
