McMillan House, Whangaparāoa

With plans for the construction and use of a new dwelling and the creation of two freehold allotments around the existing and proposed dwellings in Auckland’s Single House zone, our team obtained a non-complying bundled land use and subdivision consent for our client.

Although the minimum vacant site size requirements weren’t met within the plans, the proposed designs were in character with the existing environment and in an appropriate scale to complement the area, allowing us to gain the right consents for our clients to retain their existing family home whilst capitalising on the site’s development potential.
